This position will be responsible for working on a variety of corporate legal matters, with a focus on Corporate Organization & Governance and M&A. Advise on a variety of corporate legal issues. Draft and negotiate M&A transaction agreements and manage all aspects of acquisition or disposition transactions. Assist in all aspects of managing the entity organization structure of the Company and its subsidiaires, including, the formation and dissolution of entities, entitry restructuring and management changes.
