This position is for an experienced Shopping Center Lease Specialist who will represent the Company in the acquisition and leasing of real estate. The attorney must be familiar with anchor and/or junior anchor tenant leasing as well as the negotiation of all collateral documents such as guaranty, recognition and non-disturbance agreements and estoppels. This is not a temporary or contract position, but a steady position with a 25-30 hour per week schedule.
