The Corporate Counsel/Senior Corporate Counsel will be part of a growing legal department that currently has three members. The individual will be an experienced attorney and a self-starter with the ability to build strong rapport across functions. The primary responsibility of this position is to facilitate the business objectives of the company by providing timely and effective legal support regarding the negotiation of contracts for all departments in the company, as well as minimizing potential legal exposure and risk.
