Provide smart, practical and commercial legal advice: Primarily to China business units (including mobile, PC publishing), but secondary function to also support Asia's other territories (and global business) as required as part of larger Asia Legal team. Business Models and External contracts: Work with business partners and finance team to set up various business models. Draft and negotiate legal documentation in relation to 3rd party business relationships (with a focus on licensing, development, publishing, distribution, merchandising, and sponsorship).
