Minimum of six years’ experience in a law firm environment. Preferred ten years’ experience as a practicing litigation lawyer. Broad overview experience in corporate law, litigations and intellectual property law. Experience working on matters of corporate governance and with a board of directors. Ability to develop legal strategy and objectives with having an in-depth understanding of how legal issues affect organization. High degree of professional ethics, integrity and gravitas with excellent judgment and analytical skills.
