The Deputy Chief Compliance Officer reports directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for overseeing the operations of company's Ethics and Compliance program in hospitals. The Deputy Chief Compliance Officer assists the Chief Compliance Officer in providing leadership on ethics and compliance matters and directly supervises the Regional Compliance Directors located in the regions. The Deputy Chief Compliance Officer works with the Regional Compliance Directors to implement policies, procedures, and practices designed to ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, rules and regulations.
