Corporation is looking to hire a mid-level IT/contracts attorney to fill the role of legal counsel to our Corporate Information Systems organization and to handle contracts for our other corporate functions. This position will be primarily focused on drafting, negotiating and reviewing IT-related commercial contracts (products and services) and other types of contracts as well as assisting the CIO and his team on various legal issues and projects. Potential candidates must have a substantial background in contracts, must be collaborative and team-oriented, and must have strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
