Our Legal team is seeking a Legal Compliance Attorney to oversee the Company’s Compliance and Ethics Programs. The incumbent will be responsible for assuring the following: Appropriate compliance policies and procedures designed to prevent illegal or unethical conduct are established and institutionalized. Appropriate Company employees are periodically trained with respect to compliance policies and procedures. Compliance with policies and procedures is monitored, audited and enforced through employee and/or manager accountability programs.
