The Senior Corporate Counsel is responsible for managing and negotiating all business deals for the Company Productions group. These negotiations include, but are not limited to work for hire commissions, development deals, optioning properties, network related terms for co-productions and partnerships, licensing, distribution agreements, talent, and various subcontractor agreements. The Sr. Corporate Counsel (Business Affairs) works with external vendors, legal counsel, agents, and external representation of writers, directors, producers, to secure rights to properties and projects.
