The Assistant General Counsel will support the General Counsel in providing legal advice and guidance to management in all aspects of the law affecting the business of the corporation and its affiliates. While performing all duties and responsibilities, the Assistant General Counsel will at all times, model company values and principles and act in a manner consistent with the company Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
