Company seeks an experienced and motivated Real Estate Attorney to lead its fast-paced Real Estate practice in support of a rapidly growing Global Real Estate portfolio. Reporting to the General Counsel, and with extensive interaction with the company’s Senior Executives, duties and responsibilities include: Negotiating and drafting commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other agreements related to the acquisition, development, and use of real estate. Conducting and managing acquisition due diligence, including review of issues including land use/entitlements, title, survey, and environmental.
