As part of our legal team, this position provides legal expertise in support of a crude oil and refined products supply, trading and commercial groups in a large refining and marketing company. Provides legal counsel, advice to management, traders and finance, credit and logistics personnel for domestic and international crude oil, natural gas, products purchase and sales transactions, renewable related products e.g. RINs, LCFS, and the like. This position will primarily be responsible for contract drafting, and review associated for commercial transactions.
