To provide counseling and advice, training and support to management and operational personnel across the Company on matters relating to compliance, employment, corporate policies/procedures, and any related legal issues. Serve as employment and compliance counsel supporting Corporate Compliance Program within Region North America, with primary focus in United States. Provide guidance and advice to senior and mid-level managers regarding employment/compliance activities/matters within the Region. Support initiatives and projects on behalf of Global Compliance Team.
