This position will have an integral role in state income tax oversight, including audit defense, legislative monitoring, state tax planning, state tax provision, transactional analysis, and identification and documentation related to tax credits and incentives. Responsible for general regulatory compliance matters, which includes the timely filing of the Corporation’s state income and franchise tax returns, including estimated payments and extensions. Responsible for top-level review of state income & franchise tax returns.
