This attorney provides company with expert legal representation in the areas of contracts, contract process management, hospital operations and regulatory issues, real estate, and general legal representation on all matters which may impact company or its affiliated entities. This attorney will work collaboratively with hospital administrators and physician leadership to ensure company operations meet all applicable standards, regulations, laws, in a manner consistent with its goals and strategic mission. Member of Florida Bar or other state bar and eligible for Florida Authorized House Counsel status and otherwise eligible to take the examination for admission to the Florida Bar.
