Corporation is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with a solid work history and proven communication skills to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment providing support in all legal aspects of regulatory and compliance. Assist in the implementation, training and management of various compliance programs including anti-corruption, codes of conduct, document retention, import/export, privacy and data security. Strong working knowledge of corporate governance, including subsidiary minute books and global corporate registrations. Drafting of SEC filings, NYSE certifications and other filings required of publicly traded companies.
