Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years’ experience in law firm or in-house legal background. Broad understanding of PRC and international contract and pharmaceutical law, including experience with merger & acquisition experience. Ability to clearly and concisely explain legal situations to business and other non-lawyers to approach not only from legal but also from commercial point of view. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Good interpersonal relationship skills and team work ability.
