Provide legal counsel on all capital markets-facing transactions related to the residential mortgage market. Draft and negotiate term sheets and finance transaction documents such as MSR purchase and sale agreements, whole loan purchase and sale agreements, servicing and subservicing agreements, acquisition agreements, securitization and JV agreements.
