Company is seeking an attorney to join the Legal Department and act as the lead attorney for global Sourcing Group. The Sourcing Group is responsible for negotiating a diverse range of transactions, including general outsourcing, cloud services agreements and cutting edge ad tech deals for digital properties. The attorney will also be asked to handle other commercial matters for company addition to Sourcing matters. While the position is based at our suburban campus near Princeton, some travel to headquarters in midtown Manhattan will be required.
