The VP, Legal (Regulatory Counsel) will respond to, or provide counsel regarding: High profile regulatory compliance inquiries involving the organization and its affiliates, including SEC, FINRA, state regulatory inquiries, investigations and enforcement actions. Complex regulatory matters that span business units requiring additional coordination; and Regulatory inquiries that raise potential significant process or business practice concerns. This person will coordinate activities with the chief business counsel for the affected business areas to ensure that our clients receive seamless, coordinated support with clear lines of responsibility and accountability.
