Attorney for in-house legal department reporting to and under the supervision of the Associate General Counsel, with primary responsibility for providing legal advice and counseling to Government Affairs on compliance with various federal, state and local rules and requirements. Works with the VP/Deputy General Counsel and the Associate General Counsel in all aspects of the legal practice area. Counsels relevant Government Affairs and other internal business clients on compliance with various rules, standards and requirements involving government ethics, campaign finance/election law, lobbying disclosure and procurement integrity.
