Provides legal advice and recommendations for action to executives and management regarding matters of intermediate complexity which have or may have a sizable dollar impact on business activities and operations. Primarily advises on employment and labor law matters, including but not limited to hiring, separation, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, leaves of absence, OSHA , and federal, state, and local employment and labor law compliance; provides training to employees on all matters concerning employment and labor law. Provides advice on matters relating to independent contractors, including but not limited to misclassification.
