Managerial responsibility for all professional liability lawsuits and non-litigated matters errors and omissions (E&O) matters nationwide against the Company including eDiscovery and Records & Information Management. Develop case strategy, manage outside counsel, develop budgets, manage legal hold and eDiscovery processes, implement procedures to minimize litigation risk and provide legal advice to business units on a wide variety of litigation and pre-litigation issues. Manage large docket of litigated cases to resolution with minimal supervision including complex and high exposure litigation such as class actions and multidistrict proceedings.
