Under the general direction of the General Counsel or Associate General Counsel, this individual provides direction and legal counsel to the company's pharmacy-related business units including specialty pharmacy, pharmacy benefit management, home infusion pharmacy, 340B contract pharmacy. Long-term care pharmacy and compounding businesses (Compounding Pharmacy and by early 2016 503B Outsourcing Facility. As assigned, this individual will also serve as a liaison for the other shared services including lab, imaging and physical medicine and rehabilitation or other areas as assigned. Engaging in problem solving with Pharmacy leadership to meet the operational and strategic goals of the Pharmacy business while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
