The Retail Lending Counsel will serve as a Legal advisor for Bank on all matters relating to residential mortgage, home equity and consumer lending issues. This includes consumer protection regulations, operations, originations, sales, product development, servicing, collections, and fair lending issues, among others. The Retail Lending Counsel will provide U.S. legal advice to the Residential Mortgage and Consumer Lending Product, Sales, Operations, Servicing and Collections business lines.
