Seeking qualified attorney in Legal Department in Jacksonville who will support the Bank’s Global Transaction Banking cash management and trade services businesses. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 4 years of legal experience at a law firm and/or as an in-house counsel at a financial institution with experience in cross border cash management arrangements and trade services financing. Negotiate and prepare final documentation for both domestic and cross-border Cash Management (CM) arrangements for corporate customers, including master agreement for CM relationship; and arrangements for account services, electronic banking, funds transfer, check issuance, and investment of short-term liquidity.
