Lawyer to join Equities Legal team (comprising of 4 lawyers in Hong Kong and Singapore and 3 lawyers in Mumbai nearshoring). Looking to add a junior lawyer for primarily the prime finance (prime brokerage, listed options and futures, delta one swaps, stock lending) business. In addition, experience in other areas of equities for example cash equities/electronic trading would be useful. In terms of attributes/background, we are looking for strong academics, team player, and willingness (and desire) to work closely with business. Flexible on levels for screening purpose but will require experience in prime finance documentation.
