Seeking qualified attorney in Bank’s Legal Department in New York who will support the Global Transaction Banking trade services business and, secondarily, its Global cash management business. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 4 years of legal experience, with substantial experience in trade services financing, at a law firm and/or as in-house counsel at a financial institution. The Bank would also consider a candidate who has at least 4 years of legal experience in sophisticated financing arrangements with similar employers. The candidate should be licensed in New York and fluent in Spanish.
