The Asset Management attorney will cover the distribution of proprietary and third party retail funds to retail broker-dealer clients. The position focuses on the following: Provide advice to the in-house distributor on all relevant legal and regulatory issues; review, negotiate and provide legal analysis on a variety of distribution and recordkeeping agreements for Variable Annuity Funds, Retail Funds and Money Market Funds with financial intermediaries (broker-dealers, Trusts, RIAs, clearing platforms and insurance companies) on behalf of the in-house distributor and transfer agent; review third party on-shore and offshore mutual fund distribution agreements.
