Company is seeking an experienced executive to join the corporate legal department. The successful candidate will assist in leading nine lawyers who support operations globally. The team consists of attorneys who are business partners to the Global Business Units (GBU) and two attorneys who handle most litigation for the firm. The General Counsel and the Legal Department provides corporate governance, is a liaison to the Board of Directors and provides proactive advice to the Board, CEO, COO’s and GBU Presidents on policies, procedures, and best practices.
