General Counsel will report to the company’s Chairman and CEO. The General Counsel will have overall responsibility for all legal activities. The General Counsel will provide senior management with effective advice on company strategies and their implementation, manage the legal function, act as Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer and obtain and oversee the work of outside counsel. The General Counsel will be directly involved in complex business transactions including contract negotiation.
