Senior Vice President and General Counsel will be broadly responsible for the legal affairs of the Company, serve as legal advisor to the company’s management team, as well as serving as Corporate Secretary. Manage and supervise the Company’s law department, oversee litigation, intellectual property matters, government relations, risk management, talent contracts, and compliance, will counsel on major transactions, work to ensure that compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations, including laws and regulations that apply to public companies and the applicable regulations specific to the industries that the Company operates in. Counsel on issues of strategic importance to the company and, as appropriate, contributing to the corporate strategy planning process.
