The Associate General Counsel provides legal advice to the company on government contracts law, and export-import controls compliance. Provide legal advice with regard to government contracts and ensure on-going compliance with applicable federal and state laws. Develop certain company and contract department policies and procedures; provide direction and advice on the implementation of the policies and procedures. Provide legal advice on managing and administering international contracts, commercial contracts, nondisclosure agreements/teaming agreements.
