This very exciting and challenging position will report directly to the General Counsel for the Americas, and will be responsible for the development, implementation and/or enhancement of corporate compliance programs and initiatives, including policies, training, counseling of executive management and subsidiary management, and a wide range of other related activities. While the primary focus of the position will be compliance efforts in the Americas, this position will also offer input on compliance efforts globally, which have an impact on the operations in the Americas. This position will also be responsible for the handling of certain other legal affairs such as corporate, employment and internal investigations, and to assist in the ongoing management of this growing legal department.
