The General Counsel is part of the Executive Management Team and will play a key role in supporting company’s Sales and Services organizations in structuring sales transactions, and drafting and negotiating sales agreements. In addition to those transactions, this individual will also manage vendor relationships. Provide thought leadership, strategic insight as a member of the Executive Management Team. Prepare and negotiate master subscription agreements, business software license agreements and other types of agreements.
