This attorney will support company's commercial functions in the United States, Canada, and Latin America including review and preparation of commercial agreements, counseling clients on sales and marketing issues, and supporting M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands on experience providing legal advice and counseling on general corporate/MA& matters and a wide variety of commercial matters, including marketing, advertising, sales, and commercial contracts.
