Provide specific guidance with respect to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Children’s Television Act, California’s SB-27 and CAN-SPAM compliance, ensuring that company's linear television channels and digital businesses (including websites, free mobile apps and paid mobile apps) comply with applicable law, rules, regulations and guidelines. Provide advice and counsel to Kids & Family management and channel lawyers regarding proposed business opportunities, strategies and actions, including in the areas of advertising, marketing, social networking, e-commerce and user-generated content. Represent the company at the Children’s Advertising Review Unit’s policymaking and advisory meetings.
