Managing assigned complex Cyber and Technology claims across multiple jurisdictions, setting the case strategy for these claims in partnership with Casualty Practice Leaders and Claims Management taking all available steps to achieve the optimal outcome. Litigation management of Cyber and Technology Errors and Omissions (E&O) liability claims including: retention of counsel, strategy planning and analysis that may include alternate dispute resolution, direct negotiations and/or trial management. Developing and maintaining corporate client relationships, working closely with client in-house counsel establishing effective risk management strategy both on an individual case basis as well as on overall strategic planning towards mitigation of future claims.
