As our Assistant General Counsel in the Corporate Governance & Securities Center of Excellence (“COE”), you will review, draft and negotiate a wide-range of agreements and documents supporting company, its subsidiaries and affiliates. You will work closely with the Company’s enabling functions, including Tax, Treasury and Financial Reporting groups, as well as the Company’s philanthropic arm working with company’s Global Community Impact COE and the Foundation. While located at our World Headquarters near Beaverton OR, this is a dynamic and global role allowing for interaction with teammates located throughout the world, primarily in Singapore, China and the Netherlands.
