To provide legal support to the Global Corporate Actions group, High Yield Trading Desk, Special Situations Group and Global Equity Capital Market Group within the company in connection with the implementation and processing of private investments, restructurings and corporate actions. Assist company’s Global Corporate Action groups in analyzing corporate actions for regulatory issues impacting the company and/or its clients and processing documentation for corporate actions. Work with company’s High Yield and Equity Syndicate trading desks on day-to-day trading desk issues.
