Company is seeking an experienced corporate attorney to become part of a dynamic and recently public company. This position will be primarily responsible for all securities and corporate governance matters, with adaptability to also engage in other legal matters to support a growth-oriented company. Assist with preparation and review of SEC filings, including the 10-K and 10-Qs (and possible SEC comment letters), 8-Ks, and Section 16 filings. Assist in review of earnings and other financial-related press releases, and scripts and presentations made to investment community.
