The VP, Global Regulatory Affairs will have primary responsibility for general compliance issues, including internal investigations and compliance projects around the world. The VP, Global Regulatory Affairs will work closely with representatives of the Global Trade Compliance group and business representatives, on export controls screening processes and related systems to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those administered by BIS, OFAC, ITAR, DSS and DOD. The VP, Global Regulatory Affairs will assist the GC, members of the Global Trade Compliance group and other business and operational executives in a variety of policy, compliance, and other Division matters, as well.
