Reporting to the General Counsel, the Contracts Manager will manage various legal assistant responsibilities, including contract administration and document management. Additionally, the Contracts Manager will work seamlessly and effectively with internal clients at all levels of the company and across all functional groups including Finance, Sales and HR. Track and monitor the status of contracts and develop/ implement improvements to the contract management process, as necessary.
