The Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs will be responsible for the negotiation and drafting of deals for the development and production of television programs and feature films produced by the company. The ideal candidate must be able to function independently and to handle a high volume of deals, matters and agreements to support company’s growing television and feature film businesses. Negotiate and draft a variety of production development deals and all above-the-line talent agreements and rights agreements, for scripted television programs and feature films.
