Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel that will provide Corporate Leadership with legal support, and interal operational leadership with legal advice and counsel. The Associate General Counsel will be responsible for negotiating, writing, reviewing, summarizing, researching and executing a wide variety of agreements for company, clients and partners, including contract vehicles, marketing agreements, sales support activities, license agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other general business contracts both domestically and internationally. Negotiate, write, and execute agreements and contracts.
