The Group Counsel provides a wide range of legal services and advice to the company and is responsible for managing the legal affairs of an assigned Group. Works closely with Group/Regional management and General Counsel to foresee and protect the company against legal risks. Responsible for managing the Group’s outside counsel in litigation and mediation. Consults with management, tax experts, environmental department and accountants regarding Group operational issues.
