In coordination with the rest of the legal team, help manage the day to day compliance with applicable laws and company policies and provide counseling for the North American business. Provide a wide range of legal guidance and advice and develop and implement an efficient and effective legal program that minimizes risk while partnering with the business to develop and commercialization products for market.
