Leads, directs and has full management accountability for a team of approximately 30 colleagues (lawyers, paralegals and administrative support), with an emphasis on talent management, succession planning, organizational alignment, and performance management in accordance with corporate strategic direction. Leads and oversees legal strategy and regulatory matters for the Individual Life Insurance business.
