Job responsibilities will include: negotiating and drafting investment management agreements; drafting and reviewing investment guidelines; reviewing and assisting in the preparation of institutional marketing materials and responses to requests-for-proposals; assisting in the preparation of fund documentation; and providing advice with respect to various regulatory and operational issues. This attorney will join a team of three attorneys supporting QMA. At least 7 years of experience with a law firm and/or an investment management organization.
