Organize and oversee Company’s Compliance Assurance Program (CAP) and provide technical assistance and guidance to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits and consent agreements for all Aqua operations; and in Pennsylvania, be responsible for identification and resolution of water quality issues from water source to customer tap. Direct the maintenance of records of existing environmental permits (including water supply, NPDES and residual waste permits) and timely filing of reports to comply with permit conditions. Review routine monitoring reports to ensure compliance with permit conditions. Make sure that other permit requirements (e.g. bonding of residual disposal facilities) are met.
